As I sit in my front room watching the snow fall all I can think about is what I am going to make tomorrow for the Super Bowl party I am going to. Who else is as excited for the Super Bowl tomorrow? I’m not going to lie, as I write this post I had to actually look up who was playing in the game and what time it starts (pathetic, I know). For those of you who are as clueless as I am, the Ravens are playing the 49ers at 6:30 Eastern Time tomorrow in New Orléans. I purely tune into the game to watch the commercials – with the growing popularity of digital media a ton of them have already been leaked already AND they will be online by Monday am – so there is little motivation for me to really watch this year!
I spent my entire college career plus a few year working in a sports bar – I have earned the right to not have a care in the world about sports anymore ;) But for those who are looking for some awesome *healthy* recipes for the big day I have you covered! You can bet that I will be at the Super Bowl party tomorrow purely for the food!
