Happy Birthday to my blog!!!
I cannot believe I have done this for a whole YEAR! It is transformed so much over this past year and really become a huge source of motivation and discipline for me! I am so grateful for your comments, suggestions, and support! In honor of my blog birthday, I have a yummy dessert to share with you!
Vegan Peanut Butter Chocolate Ice Cream
serves 2
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp cacao powder
- Dash sea salt (optional)
Directions
Freeze bananas and break into chunks, combine in bender with other ingredients and blend smooth. Serve with your choice of toppings!
I used my Ninja chopping blade to break up the banana and switched it to the batter blade to blend everything together! It worked perfectly! This recipe is vegan tested, kid approved ;) What could be better than a HEALTHY ice cream recipe you and your kids can both enjoy!
I cannot wait to see what the next year has in store for us!
